Memo:

To All Personnel Trans International Airlines:

This notice is being released to inform all personnel at Trans International Airlines that effective immediatly, all hubs/bases are being consolidated under one World Wide Headquarter's reporting system. This means that all base 's that have traditionally been handled by local personnel, will now be handled through one central Flight Operations Center located at our World Headquarters. Any pilots who were inactive on the London roster(s) who wish to return to active status should contact the Flight Crew Manager at the email address below.

Memo:

To All Pilots Trans International Airlines:

This notice is being released to inform all pilots at Trans International Airlines that a Roster Clean-Up will start in October 2008. ALL Registered Pilots who are currently shown as "LATE" on the roster are kindly asked to bring themselves up to date (current) on the roster or the following actions will be taken by the Flight Crew Manager:

1.) Pilots who are members of Staff will be removed from the active pilot roster and moved to the retiree roster but will remain members of staff. FAA regulations require regular flight hours/reports and so do we but as a growing worldwide airline, some of our staff can no longer perform both duties. As such, they will retire as active pilots and remain as principal Staff Members until terminated by the CEO or by resignation.

2). Pilots who have achieved the rank of Captain or above, will be retired and moved from the active roster to the retired roster and will no longer accrue benefit hours/promotions. Happy retirement Captains!!!

3). Due to the transient nature of pilots below the rank of Captain, pilots not current will be terminated for failing their SOP agreement(s) as there are no retirement benefits at this level and we no longer maintain inactive rosters within the Trans International Airlines and Metro West Airways companies.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bring yourself to current status by strapping on the wings and taking flight even if for only a 20 minute flight or I am forced, by duty, to remove you from our roster. If you are unable to fly at this time, all it takes is a simple email to me so that I can work with you on this matter and keep you current and up to date with flight operations. Failure to do so will result in retirement and/or termination.

Please see the Official Trans International Airlines and Metro West Airways Retirement policy at:

Memo:

New Pilot Roster goes online. In addition to total pilot hours, hub totals will be displayed. TIA will recognize its pilot of the month and hub of the month. Instead of hub managers assigning flights in the future, we will be switching to a full bidding system, very much like pilots do working for a real airline. New pilots will learn how to do this at Metro West Airways, and upon transfer to TIA they will be accustomed to bidding their flights. Veteran pilots already know how to do this. We believe that replacing the old system will allow for more timely updates to pilot hours, will put everything in one place, and will improve communication between pilots and their hub managers. Special flights, bonus hours, and special hub-specific announcements will be posted here. All pilots will still retain their original hub assignments and will be responsible to your hub managers, but all PIREPs will now go to one place and will be updated immediately upon receipt.
